| Refused to work and why? Was another job done in place of this? | He refused to come up to the office for the first hour due to him being frustrated about not having any money to get snacks because he said he did not like the lunch that the people at his home made for him. | ||||||

| What duties were performed today? | I went downstairs and asked him to come to the office and he did not, I called him multiple times as I was in the office and he ignored my calls. When he finally came upstairs we were able to discuss new job postings but did not get to tutorials and mock interviews today | ||||||

| Did person have all necessary items to perform job duties? | He refused to come up to the office today because he didn't have money to buy him chips and a soda from the store in the lobby. But he did have his tablet and earbuds but because it took so long for him to come upstairs we just discussed new positions posted on the Didlake, Melwood and Chimes site and didn't have time to do tutorials or mock interviews today. | ||||||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Not at first he did not, he ignored me when I asked him to come to the office, he was very agitated about not having any money on him and him trying to call around and to have someone send him something was aggravating for him | ||||||
| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | NO he did not. It took a lot of convincing just to get him to come upstairs. What I observed is that he wasn't willing to come upstairs until someone sent him some money so that he could go to the store. I eventually got him to call his aunt because he aunts often times will send him something, and she said he would call him back that she had to think about it. I finally convinced him to come upstairs and wait for her to call back and she ended up calling back once he did get upstairs, but she sent him the money and he was finally calm, He did go get snacks before coming back to the office. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Tuesday at the end of the day he wanted to wait in the downstairs in the hallway for his driver. As we were standing there he called the driver and began to loudly fuss at him because he wanted to make sure the driver was going to make a stop at the bank before taking him home and he yelled out that they keep playing with him before yelling bye and hanging up. I asked him if he wanted to sit in the office until his driver arrived so that he wouldn't have to be upset in the lobby the way he was and he began cussing about how they keep playing with him, I stated let's talk about it in the office where he can calm down and he said no. I left it alone eventually he did stop his outburst. He then called that night and left a message stating not to be scared of him that he was just talking to himself. He called again Wednesday night and left a similar message. He did finally came upstairs after he was able to contact his aunt after 11 am to send him some money to get chips and a soda. | ||||||
