| Did person have all necessary items to perform job duties? | He had his tablet but kept saying the charging wasn't charging as it was connected to the charger and that it was at 96% but he kept cutting it on and off instead. | ||||||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | I've spoke to him about him greeting me in the main lobby yelling at me from wherever he is at disturbing other patrons in the building or startling them because he just shouts out when he knows or sees me come into the building, but other than that he is interacting well with me | ||||||
| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | No he does not. He is easily distracted once he gets in he seems to be focused on how he is going to get money so he could get lunch from downstairs. He brought lunch but complained that he doesn't like the honey bread they put it on, he complains a lot about the food they make him. He then in turns starts calling and texting his aunt or cousin to send him money so he can go buy lunch instead. He uses that as a way to distract from what he is doing because he'll watch a little of the video then pause it just to call and find out if the money was sent or not. Whenever I try to redirect him back to the tasks he went into detail about him needing to talk to his cousin real quick and then he'll get back to it. Then once he went to lunch hand finished he just sits there on his phone calling around until his driver comes instead of looking forward to other training videos or interacting with the mock interviews | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | It is extremely difficult to get him to focus on his training as soon as he got in he was trying to figure out how he was going to get money from somewhere to get lunch. He brings lunch but because it's some type of sandwich he would start calling and texting trying to get someone to send him money and until that happens he stays distracted. Then once the money did come through he just got up and decided he was going to lunch and after lunch he started packing up despite my encouraging him to do mock interviews and conversational scenarios. | ||||||
