| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | I was informed by the nurse that he is supposed to be on a mechanical soft diet and for his packed lunch he had a ham and mayo sandwich, Cheetos puffs, cinnamon applesauce, vanilla boost drink and a bottle of water. He did not eat any of his food, he kept saying he was full even though I kept encouraging him to do so. I eventually was able to get him to drink his boost drink completely. He did not have his glasses on as I was informed that he was to do so and that he shouldn't be wearing the same outfit that he has been wearing since I started working with him. She explained they are supposed to be buying clothes and he has been in the same outfit for months for work. At times it is visible that it hasn't been cleaned. I mentioned it to the nurse during training because Friday and unfortunately today his outfit smelled like onions. | ||||||
