| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Trying to get him to focus is a task. He gets distracted by his funds and the things he wants, or getting in touch with family members to discuss various topics. I am noting that his tone can sound aggressive especially when he is on the phone with family members. He does not project that aggressiveness towards me but I have seen how talking to them can disrupt his mood and focus for the day. | ||||||
