| Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why? | Mr. McAdams was appropriately dressed for work wearing his Didlake polo shirt his name tag badge as well as some comfortable sneakers. Mr. McAdams also brought his oxygen tank as well. | ||||||
| What duties were performed today? | Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance both women and the men's restrooms located in both east and west wings in all 6 floors. He would begin by announcing himself as janitorial before he enters the mens. His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level and both east and west wing of the building as well as cleaning the gym and nursery restroom. | ||||||

He stocked his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a productive day. He was able to hit all the male restrooms on every floor with limited breaks. Mr. McAdams continued to stay an extra 2 hours of overtime even though he was only instructed to stays for a hr, however the extra duties Mr. McAdams must complete, his leg was bothering him cramping on the left side effecting his walking | ||||||
