What duties were performed today?He completed his tasks this weeks of sweeping or mopping the stairwells according to which one was issued for each day.

Did the person interact positively with coworkers?Yes he interacts with coworkers well although his supervisor Freddie says he keeps to himself and by him having his tasks being in the stairwells and not much traffic goes through there during his hours of work
While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting?Yes he does take initiative to moving on from stairwell to stairwell. Freddie did say that he is still having memory issues of where he puts his equipment at times.

Comments, Office/DDS Follow UpI spoke to his supervisor Freddie at 7:56pm. I asked how Mr. Brooks was doing and went down the checklist for the notes as well as asked about his performance. He stated that the only issues he has been having was missing brooms but other than that he has been there long enough that they take the time to guide him when necessary. I did ask does he need onsite assistance as far as being his job coach and helping him stay on task and ensuring he doesn't misplace equipment, when Freddie said he doesn't feel he it is necessary at this time. Also have set up time to see him in person tomorrow February 26th so I can goo over some paperwork with Mr.Brooks and to do an in person check in
