| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | I spoke to the desk clerk Marie yesterday morning to let his evening supervisor know that I would be doing a call check in this evening. From her understanding everything has been going fine with Mr. Brooks but isn't able to give to many details in his performance. I called at 5:16 pm and was unable to reach his supervisor. I called again at 6:36 pm and was still unable to reach him. I left a message asking for him to call at his convenience and that it's pertaining to a check in for Mr. Brooks and his performance. I was told the message would be relayed. I wasn't contacted before the end of Mr. Brooks shift but will try again in the morning. | ||||||
