| What duties were performed today? | Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance all the men restrooms located in both west wing as well as the east wing of the building, including all 6 floors.His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level where the gym and day care is located on the east side. | ||

He stocks his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for various trash can located around in every restroom, paper towels and toilet paper. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams told staff the day prior that he would be wear his oxygen tank more today. However Mr. McAdams came with more excuses once staff arrived saying he was having back issues to prolong the working without his tank on his back. Until after returning from his break, Mr. McAdams supervisor had to ask Wayne does she have to send him home for Mr. McAdams to finally put his breathing machine on. Four hours working without his machine. Mr. McAdams had a productive day at work covering all the men's restrooms for both west and east wings of the building.Mr. McAdams was able to hit all the men and women restrooms on every floor with limited breaks. | ||
