He had trimmers and was non-responsive for about 2 to 3 minutes after about 4 minutes he was asked if he was okay he said he was fine and the drugs were making him feel funny. He had another incident leaving the facility in the hallway. While walking he had a moment of tremors looking off in a distance and was not responsible for about 1 to 2 minutes. He maintained his balance during the period. |
| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr toddler needs to focus more and stay off of his phone during his session. He also needs to practice staying focused for more than 15 minutes at a time. He is becoming more comfortable answering interview questions. Is overall attitude about the process seems to be improving |
