| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Latonia arrived to work 10 minutes late and in result she was not able to eat her dinner before her shift. In result her supervisor split her job duties up amongst another co worker. Once latonia clocked in we walked to where her cart and locker is located to ensure she had all her necessary items to complete her duties for the day and to put her jacket and phone in her locker. We then proceeded to the 2nd floor floor of the building to start latonia's job duties. As the evening moved along, Latonia asked me how she was doing today, did she have any behaviors and will she lose her job today as in reinsurance that she is doing a good job, i assured her that she was doing a great job, no behaviors today and she will not lose her job. Latonia also made a statement today as well, one i never heard her ask me before and that was "i do not want to go to jail", once i heard that i ensured her she will not be going to jail as well ensuring her how great of a person and employee she is and to keep up the outstanding work. As the night came to an end and all her duties was completed latonia put her cart back in her designated area and retrieved her belongings from her locker and we went to clock out. | ||||||
