Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. | ||

He stocked his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. | Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a productive day completing his assigned duties. Mr. McAdams confessed to his supervisor and job coach that the reason he had a meltdown past Friday was because he was going threw something personal. He apologized on behalf of his behavior. Mr. McAdams also had training this afternoon for work which he completed and passed. Mr. McAdams forgot about his upcoming appointment scheduled for this week so he isn't sure if he would be present for work Tuesday my morning or not. | ||
