Comments, Office/DDS Follow UpMr. McAdams had a pretty productive day. He was able to hit all the male restrooms on every floor with limited breaks. There was a situation that transpired this morning between Wayne and his supervisors. Mr. McAdams got into a heated discussion about his coworkers and duties. Mr. McAdams felt as though his coworkers wasn't carrying their work load and left more for him to complete and went about it in a rude and disrespectful way however with the help of staff, the issue was deescalated. Mr. McAdams supervisors informed him that he is a part of a team and is expected of him to help and not complain not tell his supervisor what he will and won't do. Lucky he was only given a verbal warning due to his behavior and was not reprimanded for insubordination. Staff was able to coach Mr. McAdams and help get out his feels and understand that he should not take it personally when at work. He had duties that is expected to complete no matter how tedious.
