| Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why? | Mr. McAdams was appropriately dressed for work wearing his Didlake polo shirt his name tag badge as well as some comfortable sneakers. Mr. McAdams also brought his bookbag with his 8 hr breathing machine so he has plenty of air to use while he working his shift. | ||
| What duties were performed today? | Mr.McAdams duties included maintenance the mens restrooms. He supposed to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. For 6 floors and both east and west wing of the building as well as cleaning the gym and nursery public restrooms downstairs. | ||

He stocked his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper as well as a dry mop. | ||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. McAdams did interact positively with cowards greeting them and joking around just being cordial. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a pretty productive day. He was able to hit all the male restrooms on every floor with limited breaks. Mr. McAdams did inform staff that he wasn't feeling good and possibly would be leaving early but after taking staff suggestion to wait till lunch break to see how he would feel. He ended up staying the entire shift despite not feeling well after he ate and drank some water to possibly help give him some energy to keep going. Mr. McAdams also had a meeting regarding his work insurance opinions. | ||
