| What duties were performed today? | Mr.McAdams duties included maintenance the office space cubicles by dusting and disinfecting cabinets, desktop chairs and tables of the assigned room numbers. Mr. McAdams is requested to wipe down the surfaces from dust and debris. Wipe down the cabinets tables and certain future in the cubicle. Mr McAdams has to be careful not to knock anything over or damage any notes or paperwork in the office space and lastly vacuum the office carpet as he leaves out | ||

He stocked his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper as well as a dry mop. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his breathing machine. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a pretty productive day. He was able to hit all the male restrooms on every floor with limited breaks.Mr. McAdams had a productive day at work covering all the men's restrooms for both west and east wings of the building. Mr.McAdams did report to staff that he was technical issues with his breathing machine, the cord wasn't supplying Mr. McAdams with proper air supply for him to do his job comfortably. Mr. McAdams was having issues keeping his breathing machine on while he was working however staff convinced him otherwise. Mr. McAdams is understanding his role and is aware of the diversity his job title intails. However Mr. McAdams was complaining mid shift on his duties though as if his staff wasn't there with him as he was given direction from his supervisor in regards to cleaning the empty official space because of the clutter left in the designated area. | ||
