| Risk Assessment Monitoring | Today Mr. Wayne started off slow but ended up focused and ready to work. Mr. Wayne at first was worried about being on the phone while he was supposed to be doing a task. Mr. Wayne did the right thing about asking permission to be on the phone. Once he found out he could not he ended the call and went back to work. He kept saying he didn't want to get in trouble. Once we talked about and explained to Mr. Wayne he did the right thing he was able to continue working with no problems. He was then able to complete his tasks. | ||||||
