| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Latonia exhibited behaviors i seen her exhibited before, while she was eating before she shift she was shaking her head and grinding her teethe but would stop when she seen me looking at her. i asked her repeatedly is she okay and she answered yes she okay. Also while she was doing her duties was humming and talking to herself very adamantly, i asked her was she okay and she very quickly replied "Yes, Yes i am okay" but continued throughout the entire work shift. also when she would she me looking at her she will stop. Latonia really enjoys working and does a good job doing her duties, as the night came to an end and all her duties was completed latonia put her cart back in her designated area and retrieved her belongings from her locker and we went to clock out. | ||||||
