| Risk Assessment Monitoring | Today Mr. Wayne started off great he was on time. He finished his first couple of tasks right away until he finished vacuuming. After vacuuming Wayne complained about his foot hurting him. He said on Sunday he went to get a pedicure and the lady cut his nail down too far. You can see after that Wayne started to slow down and you can tell it was really bothering him. It really is starting to affect his work. Mr. Wayne could not take it no more so told his supervisor about the pain he was going thru. So Wayne asked to leave early so he could go to urgent care. The supervisor said it was ok for Mr. Wayne to leave. Wayne left work about 4 pm. | |||||||||
