| Risk Assessment Monitoring | Today Wayne was a little agitated. He didn't seem like himself meaning he was on the defensive side like I did that already. It wasn't that he didn't do it but he missed a couple of things. Had to redirect him a couple but once I explained to him what he missed we were able to correct the problem. As the time went on Wayne was able to settle in and focus more. I think it was Friday trying to rush things and get thru the week. Wayne does like to wear his glasses had to tell him a couple times to put them on. | |||||||||
