| Risk Assessment Monitoring | Today Wayne was very focused when told he was missing something he went straight to it and corrected it. Multiple times you do tell Wayne to put on his oxygen and wear his glasses. He did give me no fuss but just had to be told to put it on. Wayne loves to work so he found out they needed him to work extra hours he was excited. Wayne is getting his task done in the right amount of time. Getting faster at cleaning the bathrooms. | |||||||||
