| What duties were performed today? | Mr. Cruz duties begin his shift by policing the men's restroom which consists of restocking the toiletries, paper towels, toilet rolls,refilling the soap dispensers, and pulling the trash. Later on he actually has to clean the urinals, toilets, sink and mirrors and mops before he leaves. He is responsible for 7th floor to 4th which has two men restrooms per floor as well as the ones in the conference center which is in total 12 restrooms | ||||||

Mr. Cruz had all several different color rags he needed to wipe the surfaces, the had all the cleaning solution sprays, bags for the trash, hand paper towels, toilet paper rolls mop and bucket to mop. | ||||||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Mr. Cruz did interact positively with all his coworkers. Mr. Cruz is very respectful greeting everyone with a welcoming smile. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. Cruz worked diligently throughout the evening disregarding to opp out of his last fifteen minute break. He was more excited to get off work to enjoy his weekend. Mr. Cruz understood his duties and remembering to maintain the men restrooms through the building without verbal reminders by staff. | ||||||
