| Risk Assessment Monitoring | Mr. McAdams really does like to vacuum because he really done it two times so its something new to him. He really didn't understand the task so he got a little frustrated. Once the task was over we was able to talk about the situation and come to a conclusion and move on. Going forward he completed his tasks and ended the night great. He went back to cleaning where he was more comfortable with. | |||||||||
