| Risk Assessment Monitoring | This was my first day working with Mr McAdams. He is very knowledgeable of job duties and he like to be the best at his job. We did work on things that he forgets to do like wiping down the faucets completely. He tends to rush thru things sometimes. He had to be redirected a couple of times for not wiping them down correctly but once explained the importance of that duty, he was able to understand and complete. Once he gets back on routine he will do well. Towards the end of the night i see him looking to see if missed a spot. You have to reminded Mr. McAdams to wear his oxygen mask and his glasses. He does not like to wear them. At time he does remember. He went to break on times and able to complete his job duties. | |||||||||
