| What duties were performed today? | Today he cleaned the back loading and receiving areas along with the break room. It was busy on the floor today so he swept some of the numbered aisles. He cleaned the wellness and fitness area along with the floral area and cheese all around the world area | ||||||

| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | yes he interacted positively by greeting coworkers and customers asking them how they were doing and letting them know that easter Sunday was coming up and he was going to church and was eager to see a parade that's suppose to be on tv in honor of Easter sunday | ||||||
| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | I tried to prompt him to avoid areas on the floor where they were doing the most restocking that had many crates coming in and out of the aisles. I directed him to the back where he took initiative to what needed to be clean and did so. Once the floor movement calmed down we moved to the front of the store where he cleaned as well | ||||||
