I have reported to Natasha that his clothing situation has not changed. That they keep sending him in the exact same outfit three days a week. Many of his co-workers has stopped to ask me if he has other clothes because they have noticed that he wears the same clothing and I had to explain that I don't work in the house where he lives that is in control of his everyday wear and that I have addressed this concern to the appropriate people but nothing has yet to change. He was also wearing his black and white tennis shoes with grey and white raiders winter hat and blue winter coat | ||||||
| What duties were performed today? | He started in the front near customer service and swept the cashier check out and self checkout areas, as well as the farmers Harvest area and floral department. Did only a few numbered aisles and cleaned the back area for the harvest and vegetable department. | ||||||

| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | We started in the front because we located the dustpan there and from there I asked where he wanted to go so i'll lead the way while he cleans and I assist with the dustpan ensuring that he cleans areas completely and thoroughly | ||||||
