| What duties were performed today? | He cleaned all numbered aisles. It was busy in the unloading area so he maintained the cleanliness of the floor of the store. He swept the floral area and the cheese all around the world area. He swept the eating area and the rugs next to the fire exit next to Starbucks as well. | ||||||

| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Yes he greeted employees and customers while walking through out the store asking them how they were doing and letting them know he was doing pretty good when they would ask. | ||||||
| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | He knows what areas he wants to do, he wanted to do the back of the store but it took some coaching to get him to stay on the floor because I didn't want him to get hurt by any of the equipment and shipment that was being unloading and moved to its designated area in the back. He finally understood and we stayed on the floor for the rest of his shift. | ||||||
