| What duties were performed today? | He cleaned the cashier and both self check out areas. He cleaned the floral area and open food bar before going to the cheese all around the world area. He did half the numbered aisles, the store was still restocking many aisles so many crates were blocking many aisles. He cleaned the loading and receiving areas as well. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | He had a turkey and mayo sandwich, color goldfish, simply white cheddar Cheetos, applesauce, and a bottle of water. Today when we made it to the break room to sit down his bag, he said that he had some money and pulled out a snack bag of change, not quarters but a bag of nickles and dimes, there was a coworker there and asked him what was that, and he told her that's what they gave him. I was very disappointed seeing them give him a bag of change instead of bills. I am very concerned about his dry cough as well because he has been doing it through out his shift and the lunches they pack for him doesn't help when I was informed he is on a mechanical soft diet because of his cough. I have concerns that he could buy himself something different since he works in Safeway but they only send him five dollars each time he works and today they just sent him a bag of change. | ||||||
