Did the person arrive on time, if not why?Yes his drivers are dropping him off way to early and picking him up later as well. I thought he was getting here at least fifteen minutes before ten but it has been brought to my attention that he has been getting dropped off extremely early
Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why?Yes he had on a yellow printed t shirt, blue denim jeans, blue nike shoes and a black belt. I thought the house bought him a new belt but was just informed that it came from his cousin. They did get him a new pair of black pants to interview in so they won't fall like the last pair did. A black pullover basketball hoodie, and blue and black rain coat
What duties were performed today?Reviewed positions with the theater since he sparked interest in a location near his cousin. We reapplied through Melwood and Didlake for other janitorial positions as well. We are still waiting on his updated version of his disability so we can present them at the jobs as well.

Did person have all necessary items to perform job duties?Yes, he had his tablet to do his tutorials on but was navigating interview questions with Natasha and I.
Did the person interact positively with coworkers?Yes he interacted well today.
While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting?He only got distracted after lunch today. He was focused during the mock interviews but is having challenges remembering suggested answers we have discussed before in previous mock interviews. I am concern on his answers to questions that are related to his skills and what he has to offer he tends to go into description about the actual tasks he did at his old job or tasks he is willing to do than specifically answering the intial question. Looking to research ways to help him retain this information in a fun way but in a way that he will remember it

Comments, Office/DDS Follow UpI checked his email and I need to update the email on his resume because of them sending responses back to the mbanps.org email we haven't been getting notices from job he previously applied for. As I checked a few of responses came back noting they have filled a position or they were going to go with another candidate. We looked into Regal theaters that are under the Phoenix Theaters site that assist those with disabilities to getting a position at there many locations
