| What duties were performed today? | He cleaned the back loading area behind the meat department along with the breakroom. He swept the first half of the numbered aisles before he directed me to go with him to the floral area to assist the young lady restocking the floral department with her clean up. He swept the cheese all around the world area as well as the open food hot bar. I try to keep him from this area due to his dry cough and I don't want anyone complaining about him being near an bar of open food but once he saw the mess I couldn't convince him to come back or distract him with another area he was adamant that he wanted to clean that area. | ||||||

| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | He greeted the coworkers that spoke to him and fist dapped him and he asked them how they were doing and letting them know that he was doing pretty good. | ||||||
| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | He directed me around for the most Part, despite the open bar area that I usually keep him away from he was very adamant about doing and wouldn't take no or doing another area as an answer. He knows what areas he wants to clean I just ensure that he is doing so to the best of his ability. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | He had a turkey and mayo sandwich, baked lay chips and a bottle of water for lunch. He still hasn't been wearing his glasses, there are times when I am coaching him to sweep debris he can't see and he will wave me off because he can not see it and I wonder if it they would help at al but the house has yet to send him to work with his glasses on. | ||||||
