| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | After clocking in, immediately went to retrieve cart and organize supplies without prompting. Began work on the 5th floor and demonstrated a steady pace, taking time to ensure surfaces were fully wiped and trash was properly removed. Midway through the shift, asked if work was being done correctly and appeared slightly anxious but was easily reassured and continued working without interruption. Maintained focus for the remainder of the shift. At the end of the shift, returned cart to designated area, placed belongings back in locker, and clocked out appropriately. | ||||||
