| What duties were performed today? | Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance all the men restrooms located in both west wing as well as the east wing of the building, including all 6 floors.His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level and both east and west wing. | ||

He stocks his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for the trash, paper towels and toilet paper. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a successful day completing all his duties. He was able to service all the men restrooms on both west and east sides from all 6 floors. Mr. McAdams also wore his oxygen tank machine and had it on the entire shift. There wasn't any problem or any concerns this afternoon. Wayne was in a positive mood he was receptive to all suggestions from both staff and his supervisor. | ||
