Mr. McAdams started maintenance the office space on the entire second floor including both east and west side. He was responsibilities included dusting the debris from all surfaces and wiping tables, bookshelf and chair as well. Then he moved on to maintaining the mens restrooms. He supposed to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. | ||

Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a productive day completing all his duties. He wore his oxygen tank the entire day that he basically he ran out at the end. Luckily he is leaving and didn't have to do any more strenuous activities. Mr. McAdams nodded off during his training where his supervisor asked him to stand up to keep him awake. That caused Mr. McAdams to feel singled out but after having a conversation with his supervisor he was able to smooth out the situation that had Wayne upset. | ||
