| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Ham and mayo sandwich crust still on. Sour cream and onion great value chips, strawberry applesauce, vanilla boost drink and a bottled water. He hasn't had his money for his coke a colas since he had a ten dollar bill and he got two sodas that were two for five and when I told the driver the driver told me he was only allowed to spend five dollars of his own money which didn't make any sense to me because it's his money but he hasn't had his five dollars with him ever since. He didn't have his hearing aids. The manager Steve told me that Jennifer did his computer training yesterday so he has passed and is still employed. |
