| Did person have all necessary items to perform job duties? | Depending on the assignment given to him, that he eithers is issued a broom or a mop at the beginning of his shift. He does not do both he either is assigned to sweep the stairwell or mop but not both at the same time | ||||||
| Did the person interact positively with coworkers? | Because of his hours he doesn't run into many employees but the ones he do he does greet and continues on with his work | ||||||
| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | He does take initiative to move on to other tasks, we just have to check in with his supervisor to make sure he is completing his task as well as gauge his memory situation where he does leave a mop bucket in the stairwell because he forgot about it at the end of his shift. I will have to speak to his supervisor to gauge if he will be needing onsite job coaching for his full hours during the week or if he is doing well enough now. | ||||||
