Swept loading area, back dock storage area behind meat department. Swept all numbered aisles, fresh farmers produce area. Floral and cheese all around the world area. Emergency exit area by the wellness and fitness area. |

| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | Today I held the dustpan and he chose what areas to do, of I seen debris out trash I would just place the dustpan near the area that needed to be swept and he immediately just swept whatever area I placed the dustpan which helped with ensuring he maintained a clean environment for his coworkers and customers |

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Ham and Mayo sandwich, house still won't cut the crust off so I won't have to handle his food when it's time to eat his lunch. Although I wash my hands before distributing his food it would be simpler if they would simply cut the crust off his sandwiches. When he sees the crust he will not eat the sandwich. Cheetos baked chips, strawberry activia yogurt, a bottled water and a fruit punch Gatorade |
