| What duties were performed today? | Completed a Linkned profile and applied for different janitorial and custodial positions within the Washington DC area, as well as job training videos he repeats 21 interview answers by career vidz, tell me about yourself by path to promotion as well as Ultimate guide to interview by cas Thompson Carter advice. I have been suggesting other videos to assist with his communication skills in the workplace and he'll venture back to this screen with these three videos already on the screen. I have explained that I can tell if he actually watches the video because he has resorted back to using his headphones so I wont be able to hear what videos he is watching and when I ask to look he puts it on the screen with those three particular videos | ||||||

| While working, did person take initiative to move on to another task without prompting? | No he did not, he finds reasons to be distracted. He came in making animal noises and when he finally got settled he started making phone calls. As I was encouraging him to explore jobs that may be in his area that he may want to do a walk in interviews he began speaking on family members who are currently working and began calling them and asking about the job before getting distracted with other conversation with said persons. Once he finally hung up I coached him into exploring various videos that will help with his communication skills in the workplace but he just brought up a screen saying he just watched the 16 hour video even though he had not. After about fifteen minutes of watching the video he shut his computer and went to the store when he came back he said he was going to eat his lunch and again began making phone calls. | ||||||
