| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Forest ham and mayo sandwich, ruffles baked cheddar and sour cream chips, bottled water. The never take the crust off his sandwich even though I have been taking off the crust and placing it back in the bag and his lunch box in hopes that his house would notice and begin to take his crust off but they don't. Yes I wash my hands before taking the crust off it just would be easier if his house would just prepare his lunch properly. | ||||||
