| Did the person arrive on time, if not why? | No Driver called at 8:24 am saying to come outside he was pulling up. Pulled up at 8:25 am and clocked in at 8:26 am. Driver also expressed his complaint about Samuels hours that his schedule use to be from 9-12. As what was explained to me before I got this case and I explained what was told to me that Sammie was hired to do the 8-11 shift that the house manager knew of this because of the meeting we had with her, and the driver yelled no, that the store manager knows better because he can't get Sammie to work on time and that he has been driving him for ten years and it was just the ending of last year that the 8-11 schedule was implemented. I did not want to argue with him and just said ok and walked Sammie into the building. | ||||||

The zipper was broke on his coat so he is walking around in a light black coat with no zipper in the cold and the building is cold as well.
