| Did the person arrive on time, if not why? | Mr.McAdams did arrive on time this morning for work. He informed staff that he arrived 10 minutes before his shift began. | ||||||
| Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why? | Mr. McAdams was appropriately dressed for work wearing his Didlake polo shirt his name tag badge as well as some comfortable sneakers. | ||||||
| What duties were performed today? | Mr. McAdams duties for today include focusing on the fourth floor sinks and toilets to remove all build up and gunk that formed over time. He was asked to use a specific brush tool to clean the build up ring surfaces as well as to combat the grim and rings in the toilets. maintenance both women and the men's restrooms located in both east and west wings in all 6 floors. He would begin by announcing himself as janitorial before he enters the mens. His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level and cleaning the gym and nursery public restrooms. | ||||||

He stocked his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. He had trash bags to replace the trash, hand paper towels, a wet floor sign and toilet bowl scrubber. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams has mad a change in his attitude and behavior form the past till now. Today Mr. McAdams was given new duties on top of is usual task and instead of complaining or being difficult he accepted the task. He took his time and even put elbow grease to make sure he cleaned it thoroughly. Mr. McAdams worked on his time management by trying to take his lunch break on time instead of going when he ready becuase Mr. McAdams does not like to stop or put a task on hold no matter how much time he spent on it, he would spend 10-15 minutes cleaning the same place if its not to his liking. Staff noticed the change and gave his positive reinforcement to keep help keep Mr. McAdams motivate | ||||||
