| Did person have all necessary items to perform job duties? | Yes he brought his laptop but worked without his headphones today so that I am able to hear what he is listening to and making sure he remains focus on his job readiness skills and not exploring music videos as he sometimes do when he is using his headphones. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | He often talks to himself with outbursts of laughter afterwards and then will let me know that it was just him making a random noises but have become aware he also does this as an distraction to gain my attention when he wntst to talk about something other than work. Today he was focused on a projector the he explained he would be getting soon so that he can watch otv on his while and be able to hook it up by hdmi to his laptop, etc. | ||||||
