| What duties were performed today? | Cleaned emergency exit next to wellness and fitness area. Cleaned the carpet and entrance to loading docks. Swept all the numbered aisles, freezer and meat areas, Swept the bistro and floral area | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | He had a ham and mayo sandwich in which I took the crust off of and he was able to eat all of it. Original ruffle chips, applesauce, vanilla boost drink and a bottled water for lunch. The driver did not pick Samuel up until 11:45 am. | ||||||
