| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdam forgot to bring his oxygen tank and was working the majority of the morning until he notified staff, which prompted Mr. McAdam to contact his driver to request that they bring it to his job. Mr. McAdam blames moving to his new apartment the day before and that metro access came earlier than expected causing him to rush out without the tank. Mr. McAdam was lucky that after his lunch break his driver arrived with his tank because he is aware that is not supposed to work without his tank, | ||||||
