| What duties were performed today? | He cleaned all the aisles as well as the cashier and checkout areas. He swept the floral department and cheese all around the world department. He swept the dining area and Starbucks area. He finished by cleaning the back areas near the loading docks and break room. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | He had a ham and mayo sandwich, lays baked potato chips and a banana, vanilla boost drink and a bottle of water for lunch. He has been eating better and with encouraging him to chew his food finely he has been having less coughing fits while and after eating | ||||||
