| Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why? | Yes he was dressed in a black long sleeve collar shirt with faded blue Dickie work pants, brown belt, black and white shoes and a blue awakened land winter coat. I have concerns about him only having this one outfit to wear | ||||||
| What duties were performed today? | He cleaned the break room area as well as the back storage are behind the meat department and freezer departments. He also swept all aisles and the Wellness Fitness area while making his way to the floral area. He did need some prompting in sweeping debris he can't physically see himself. I have been using the dustpan method where I will place the dustpan in an area where I'm aware he wouldn't do because he sees nothing, and he would sweep the area now completely and it has been working. He guides me to the areas he want to clean I just assist on making sure he cleans the area in it's entirety | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Samuel had a turkey mayo sandwich, goldfish, green jello and whole grain peanut butter crackers for lunch. He had a good day and he ate all of his food as I started taking the crust off his sandwiches which enables him to eat them | ||||||
