What duties were performed today?Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance all the men restrooms located in both west wing as well as the east wing of the building, including all 6 floors.His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men's and women's restrooms on each floor and on both east and west of the building as well as cleaning the gym and day care area restrooms .

Comments, Office/DDS Follow UpMr. Mcadams was still upset concerning the same situation the day prior in regards to him requesting time off without it effecting his job. His supervisor informed him that his attendance has not been the best due to him frequently having to request time off for his doctors appointments. Mr. McAdams let his emotions get the best as he had a minor meltdown lucky staff was they to help resolve and reassure that he is not being treated unfairly or targeted. Staff did their best to calm and help regulate Mr. Mcadams temper back down so he won’t draw attention t himself while working. Mr. Mcadam’s did move pretty fast covering majority of his area before him break and ultimately finishing before his scheduled shift ended.
