He returned back to working at 6:45 pm completing the brown bag before moving on to the two conference rooms and cafeteria. | ||||||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | I received a call from Mr. Ballin at 11:11 am, when I answered he was singing and as I'm saying hello multiple times he then just hung up. At 11:17 pm he sent a text saying "I don't care and I am upset because you don't care about me and my nickname is patchy from poland and he is my brother in law and he is still alive" followed by multiple videos of him and large blow up floating device. He then followed that up with a text saying "I'm so upset with you Tya and Why? You don't like anymore and that's my question and please answer me Tya". He then calls me at 11:25 am where I proceeded to inform him that the texts were inappropriate. I explained that he may have stressful situations and that others may have cause reasons for him to have a bad day but that it isn't acceptable to take it out on others he has nothing to do with what happened to him. I reassured him that I am here as a Job coach to support him at his job and ensuring that he has a positive outlook moving forward. He agreed and apologized for the text and that he won't take out his frustrations on me again and thanked me for listening and understanding him, he then asked me not to report him but I did explain that I will have to make note of this in my notes. He did explain that there are incidents that tend to ruin his day and he takes it as no one cares about him, I reassured him that people care about him. He then explained that his check-ins will be at different times now that he wasn't able to arrive at the Archives early. First check-in was at 12:51 pm stating he was on his way to the Archives. Second check- in was at 1:31 pm stating he made it safely to archives and will be getting lunch. Third check -in was at 4:05 pm stating he was on his way to the FBI building. Fourth check-in was at 9:06 pm stating he made it safely to the car and is on his way home. His fifth and final check-in was at 9:43 pm where he then discussed about his day and stated he had a steak bowl from Chipotle with Mr.Pibb to drink. | ||||||
