He called complaining that no one is respecting him and that he won't be doing the check ins anymore. I called Natasha on conference him in and he explained to us about his insurance and how he was upset at the lady. He also sent multiple pictures of women and videos of him to my email and through text messages. | ||||||
| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | He called, emailed and texted everyday with pictures and videos. Not sure if he doesn't understand that I'm here to assist with any work related inquires and check ins. He calls from from 5 am in the morning to after 11 pm at night. I was told I do not need to answer on these days he is not schedule to do check ins. | ||||||
