He informed his job coach he was dropped off by his driver 8:57 but he was able to clock in as soon as he arrived for work this morning. He stated that his driver came last and that he was stuck in traffic even though he was still able to punch in at 9:00 which is the time he schedule begins. | ||
| Was the person appropriately dressed, if not why? | Mr. McAdams came work wearing his Didlake polo shirt his name tag badge as well as some comfortable sneakers and his backpack with his oxygen machine and a spare tank in case one finished before he shift is over. | ||
| What duties were performed today? | Mr. McAdams duties included maintenance all the men restrooms located in both west wing as well as the east wing of the building, including all 6 floors.His begins his duty by to wipe down toilet and urinals. Restock toiletries, wipe the mirrors and sink from water or fingerprints. He also empty the trash and restock wipe the floor if wet as he is leaving out each restroom. He is responsible to maintenance the men restrooms in all six floors including the basement level ending with both east and west wing of the building as well as cleaning the gym and nursery restrooms. | ||

He stocks his cart full of color coded rags to wipe different surfaces, liquid soap to replenish the soap dispenser. Trash bags for various trash can located around in every restroom, paper towels and toilet paper. Mr. McAdams also had his bookbag containing his oxygen machine. | ||

| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Mr. McAdams had a productive day however there was a situation between him and one of his supervisors who was criticizing Mr. McAdams on regarding incident with regulations and for Mr. Wayne to avoid making the same mistakes the discussion got heated however staff understood that Mr. McAdams have been criticized similarly by another supervisor not so heated never the less it was coming from frustration with Wayne attitude and responses. This situation Mr. McAdams didn't give that much talk back. Mr. McAdams was in a mood after being criticized and almost took it personal until another supervisor called him in to get Wayne's perspective and to clear up any confusion and smooth any unresolved issues the previous conversation may have caused. The second talked did help but because of Mr. McAdams not bringing food and blaming his driver instead of not owning up to his decision to not present pack him meal the night prior he ended up working with out actually eating because the situation took place around his break time. Surprisingly Mr. McAdams was able to complete his shit and he did stay hydrated. | ||
