| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | Latonia arrived a hour early before work and typically once latonia sees me she greets me with saying "hey devone, how you doing"? today i did not receive that so i asked her is everything okay? and she responded yes everything is okay, while she was eating her dinner before her shift i noticed she was blink excessively and steering off into space more than normal, i then asked latonia again are you sure everything is okay and she said yes it is, devone I'm going to be okay tomorrow. i then reached out to her point of contact that i have(Jamie) explained what i witness and she in formed me that her foster mother had passed that day in which she knows so maybe that's what's going on. Jamie advised me to just monitor her and see how she works and if i feel she needs to leave to just contact her. Once latonia clocked in we walked to where her cart and locker is located to ensure she had all her necessary items to complete her duties for the day, latonia did not have her vacuum, as well as her cleaning spray initially but her supervisor ensured she had it before her duties was started. We then proceeded to the 5th floor of the building to start latonia's job duties. Latonia asked me how she was doing today, did she have any behaviors and will she lose her job today as in reinsurance that she is doing a good job, i assured her that she was doing a great job, no behaviors today. As the night came to an end and all her duties was completed latonia put her cart back in her designated area and retrieved her belongings from her locker and we went to clock out. | ||||||
