| Comments, Office/DDS Follow Up | This is for Mr. Ballin. His first check-in was at 12 pm stating he was on his way to work. His second check-in was at 1:20 stating he was at the station and was on his way to work. Third check-in was at 3:44 pm stating he was off the train and on his way to Chick-fi-la and then to work. His fourth check-in was at 9:04 pm stating he was leaving work and was in an Uber headed home. Last and final check-in for the day was at 9:40 pm where he discussed the tasks he completed today as well as what he had for lunch. He ate two wraps and waffle fries with a spicy dip and a strawberry fanta to drink. He also mentioned he will be receiving 5 new uniforms for the building he will be transferred to in the future. | ||||||
