| Refused to work and why? Was another job done in place of this? | He did not refuse to work. When he came in and used the bathroom, after coming out the restroom he find a broom and dustpan at the front registers and began working beer going to the back to even put his bag down. | ||||||

Driver again asked me to sign for pick up and drop offs for the week and again i told him i was uncomfortable with that and that i notified my manager Mrs. Natasha about it and per our conversation i do not have to do that. I explained this to him and he then stated that Mrs. Natasha was a problem. I only signed for this morning drop off and will sign once he is picked up | ||||||

| What duties were performed today? | He Swept the entire store. The store Staff was cleaning up being themselves so he didn't have much to sweep but he did double check all areas and kept up areas as needed | ||||||

| Were there any incidents/health related issues/medication side effects or concerns | No Incidents Other That His Dentures Were Not Secure In His Mouth And The Polygrip he had in his bag was cut open and dried out and was unable to adhere them correcly. | ||||||
